How do you ensure the fruit stays fresh during transit?
We use climate-controlled packaging and specialized insulation to maintain optimal temperatures. All orders are shipped via express courier to ensure the fruit arrives at your doorstep at peak ripeness.
Where does your exotic fruit come from?
We partner directly with sustainable small-scale farms in tropical regions across Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa. Every piece of fruit is ethically sourced and quality-checked before shipment.
What happens if my fruit arrives damaged?
Since we deal with perishable goods, we offer a Freshness Guarantee. If your fruit arrives damaged or spoiled, please send a photo to our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and select European countries to ensure that transit times do not compromise the quality and safety of the produce.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is harvested and packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time from our farm partners to your home.
Are your fruits organic?
